Tips For Getting Pregnant

This article includes a short quick-fire list of eight of the best tips for getting pregnant based on the most popular concerns searched out on the internet. Some of them apply to you, while others won't. However, one thing is for certain, if you're looking for tips for getting pregnant you're definitely in the right place!

#1. Tips For Getting Pregnant Fast

Buy a proper guide or use an approved program. Of all the tips for getting pregnant fast, this is by far the easiest and most certain way of getting pregnant. The top guide offer success rates higher than 90% (see out Top 5 list, right). Traditional infertility treatments such as IVF are pretty much becoming redundant. However, there is stiff opposition coming from the big drug companies.

#2. Tips For Getting Pregnant For Men

Get a sperm sample tested. It costs less than you think, often under a few hundred bucks. Most couple trying to get pregnant automatically think that it's a problem with the woman, however, it takes two to tango and sluggish sperm is just as serious an issue. Go to your local fertility clinic, or see your local doctor.

#3. Tips For Getting Pregnant After 35

The best tip for getting pregnant after 35 is to NOT do IVF! Seriously, IVF success rates are absolutely abysmal once you get over 35. Your best case scenario is a one in ten chance. Considering the ludicrously high IVF cost these days it's the worth thing you could do.

#4. Tips For Getting Pregnant With A Girl

The best tip for getting pregnant with a girl is to adjust your diet to incorporate acidic foods. Buy sperm don't like an acidic environment and won't function as well, so the girl sperm will have a better chance of getting to the egg first.

#5. Tips For Getting Pregnant With A Boy

Boy sperm are not as mobile as girl sperm so to maximise your chances of getting a boy be sure to go for deep penetration when you have sex. This will deliver the payload closer to the destination and give the boys a better chance. Additionally, following on from tip #4, just do the opposite and keep a mostly alkaline diet, its been proven to the answer on how to get pregnant with a boy.

#6. Tips For Getting Pregnant With PCOS

If you have been diagnosed, or have previously suffered from polycystic ovary syndrome the absolute best thing you can do is follow the Pregnancy Miracle program. Currently the most successful pregnancy system in the World, Pregnancy Miracle has a 100% success rate, including lots of women who suffer from PCOS.

#7. Tips For Getting Pregnant While Breastfeeding

There aren't any tips for getting pregnant while breastfeeding. To put it simply, it's highly unlikely that this will happen because your body produces hormones which actually suppress your reproductive system form fully functioning. Your body does this to ensure that all of your energy is put into producing healthy and nourishing breast milk for your newborn baby. It can happen if you are extremely fertile, however your best bet if you want to get pregnant is to stop the breastfeeding.

#8. Tips For Getting Pregnant After Miscarriage

Firstly, try not to blame yourself. I know this might seem difficult and will be impossible for most of you, but there's nothing you can do now to change it. The good news is that usually there's no physical barriers to stop you getting pregnant again quickly. Just take the time you need to get your head right and when the time feels right, you can try again and see what happens.

Clomid Success Rates

If you have researched and tried many other ways of getting pregnant, then it may be time to give clomid a try. I am a fertility consultant and I am always interested in studying clomid success rates. If you are looking for basic statistics, you will find that the clomid success rate is about 40% after six months on the drug. Of course there are many factors which will increase or decrease the clomid success rates. As a fertility consultant I have seen clomid used by numerous women with and without success, which has led me study just what affects clomid success rates. Of particular interest to me have been clomid success rates by age, clomid success rates with PCOS and clomid success rates on the first cycle. Through my experience and statistics, let me share with you what I have found.

    Clomid Success Rates By Age

When women reach the age of 35,often their natural ability to conceive decreases. Sadly also, clomid success rates by age decrease. Clomid is an ovulation stimulant only. If you already ovulate then there is no real need to take clomid. Clomid success rate by age will not increase at all in women who ovulate regularly. If your cycle is more or less than 28 days, and if you have trouble knowing when you are ovulating, then clomid may be prescribed. Clomid success rate by age is also influenced by egg supply. Clomid does not increase egg supply. If a woman's egg supply is low or dwindling, then clomid will not increase the chances of fertility.

    Clomid Success Rates With PCOS

If you have PCOS, and are trying to get pregnant, then chances are you will be prescribed clomid to assist with ovulation. Clomid success rates with PCOS are dependent on whether or not clomid can get the woman to ovulate. Statistics suggest that 75% of women who do not ovulate, will ovulate at some stage on clomid. The clomid success rates with PCOS which end in pregnancy however, are very low at 10%-15%, and this as long as the sperm and fallopian tubes are normal.

Clomid Success Rates On First Cycle

The clomid success rates on the first cycle is 30% and if you have no complications other than ovulation (including no problems with sperm), then I can suggest some strategies to increase the clomid success rates on the first cycle. Firstly ensure that you are neither overweight or underweight. A healthy body has a BMI of between 18.5 and 24.9. I would advise you to have your BMI checked by your doctor to increase the clomid success rate on first cycle, and wait until your body is in a healthy range before undertaking the first cycle of clomid. Clomid success rates on first cycle can also be influenced by excessive exercise before and during the cycle. I would advise you to exercise only moderately the month before the cycle of clomid and during the month when you take it. Finally, I wish you well on your quest to get pregnant. My advice to you is to try everything you can! Listen to all advice and read everything. Go to the library, read magazines or get an e-book. Some e-books will refund your money if you don't succeed - which makes economic sense these days. Good luck!

Fertility Treatments

Fertility Treatments

If you have been trying to conceive and have not yet succeeded, then you may consider looking into alternative ways to get pregnant. The fertility treatments available these days are endless and range hugely in price. As an IVF consultant, I see people spend upwards from $10,000 on fertility treatments every day! Here I outline some of the most common treatments available at a range of prices. However, before you try any of the more expensive options, I recommend that you try the cheaper fertility treatments first.

    Fertility Treatments For Women

If you are looking for advice on how to increase fertility, I hope that by now you have tested your partners sperm. Male infertility accounts for 35% of all infertility, so it is important to get sperm analysed at a clinic before embarking on any major fertility treatments. Fertility treatments for women should really start at ovulation, after all, this is the essential time to get pregnant. Infertility is commonly caused by ovulation problems. The best way to determine when or if you are ovulating, is to purchase an ovulation kit. Keep a record of the test results and the day in your cycle that you ovulate as you may need this information later on. The rule is simple. Have intercourse ONE TIME on the days that you are ovulating.

If after three to six months of using an ovulation kit you do not fall pregnant, then you may need assistance from a clinic. The clinic will give your body a full check to determine what may be causing the infertility. It could be many factors, and fertility treatments for women are determined by individual needs. If ovulation is a problem you will be put on a course of a drug called clomid. Clomid aides in stimulation for ovulation. Statistics suggest that 75% of women who do not ovulate WILL ovulate when given clomid. Clomid however does not increase egg production and is less effective in woman over 35 years of age. With most fertility problems, IVF may be the next and final step. Although the success rate is only 40% (and this statistic is not based on the first cycle) it does beat many fertility problems where normal conception simply will not occur. The IVF success rate does decrease for woman over the age of 35, and also in woman with PCOS and problematic fallopian tubes.

    Fertility Treatments Cost

Fertility treatments cost vary depending on what you willing to do, and on what you are willing to pay. A male semen analysis with cost around $600 and is an essential part of any serious attempts at having a baby if you think as a couple that fertility is a problem. Ovulation kits range in price from $20 - $150 and are essential in determining if you are ovulating. A three month course of clomid can cost under $300, especially if you purchase it online rather than from a fertility treatment centre. In terms of fertility treatment costs, IVF is at the top of the scale. Prices for IVF are dependent on the clinic and the individual needs of the patient. Prices range between $10000 - 15000 for the first cycle. If embryos are frozen from the first cycle, then subsequent implantation costs range from $2000 - $4000. There are numerous other fertility treatments for women which are lower in cost than clinical treatments, and that have excellent success rates. Before you start paying a lot of money, I would advise you to read as much information as you can. Search the net, go to the library or purchase an e-book online. Some e-books fertility treatments e-books have 100% success rates or come with a money back guarantee - which hopefully you won't have to use! I wish you well in your quest for pregnancy and motherhood! Good luck!

How To Get Pregnant E book

How To Get Pregnant Ebook

For women who are considering getting pregnant, or who have been trying to get pregnant for a while but have not yet found success, the abundance of information available in bookstores and on the internet can set your head swimming. It seems like just about everywhere you look when you are searching for information there is somebody who is promising success, or who says they have the secret to getting pregnant quickly and easily. The answers that are available, and that people say are miracle cures, range from acupuncture, Chinese herbal treatments, stress relief, exercise - the list goes on and on. Complicating matters further is the fact that a lot of the people who are writing this information do not have medical backgrounds, making it difficult to tell who to believe or which product or book to purchase. Rebecca Van De Paver is a registered nurse in Australia, and she got very concerned when she saw the low quality of some of the information that is on the market. She took it upon herself to take her years of experience and medical training and put it in writing so that she could help the women who are looking for answers.

How To Get Pregnant Ebook Rebecca Van De Paverd

Rebecca Van De Paverd is a licensed nurse who specializes in women's health and reproductive issues. A while back, Rebecca noticed that a lot of her patients who were trying to get pregnant were asking her opinion about fertility practices and tips that seemed a little suspect to her. Wondering where the questions were coming from, she went online and searched for books and articles on how to get pregnant, and found herself amazed at what she found. Although she admits that there is certainly some good medical information, she was upset to find how many programs were available that were written by people who had no medical background at all. The more closely she looked, the more she found advice that she felt was incorrect, including tips on using specific positions to get pregnant, eating certain foods, and about the frequency of intercourse. Knowing what works and what does not, she decided that she would put together a comprehensive program that would provide women with exactly the information that they need, without the things that were unproven. That program is available online on her website, in a book called How to Get Pregnant in 90 Days.

How To Get Pregnant Ebook Ebook

The How to Get Pregnant Ebook is designed to be a straightforward source of valuable information for women who are trying to get pregnant. Most women who follow the advice they find in the book are able to conceive within 90 days, and the book actually comes with a money back guarantee for those who feel that the program hasn't provided what it says it will. The program costs just thirty nine dollars, and for that price you not only receive the downloadable ebook, but also bonuses including membership to a support forum of other women who are using the program, a tracking chart so you can methodically chart your cycle, and the ability to receive updates as more information is added to the program. http://www.tips-for-getting-pregnant.com/how-to-get-pregnant-ebook.html

Getting Pregnant Plan Review

Getting Pregnant Plan

Are you trying to get pregnant, but having no luck? You are not alone. Every day, women all over the world are experiencing the same thing. One of those women was Ashley Spencer. She wanted desperately to have a baby, spent all her time during the first half of each month thinking about getting pregnant and then the second half of the month wondering whether she actually was, only to be devastated at the end of each cycle. After suffering through months of disappointment and frustration, she set off to learn absolutely everything she could about getting pregnant, approaching her task from a variety of different philosophies and outlooks instead of the single approaches that she was finding that a lot of fertility specialists offered. What she came up with helped her, and after a year of researching, she applied it all together and got pregnant in just four months. She was so happy that she decided to publish her research so that other women could get the benefit of what she learned, and the result is the Getting Pregnant Plan.

Getting Pregnant Plan About Getting Pregnant

One of the things that Ashley Spencer found most frustrating about the information she got from fertility specialists when she was trying to get pregnant was that nobody had comprehensive expertise; people would know about their specific niche, but have no information on how to combine it with somebody else's specialty. So an IVF doctor would not provide information on what herbs would make the treatment most effective, or an fertility specialist in nutrition wouldn't provide valuable information on the optimal timing for conception. It was only when she started doing her own research that she was able to see how to put things together in order to get the very best combination of fertility tactics. Once she assembled everything and got an overview, it became easy for her to get pregnant, and that's what the goal of her book is - to help you to get pregnant as easily as she did by giving you all of the information you need.

    Getting Pregnant Plan Doctor

One of the most important points that the Getting Pregnant Plan makes is that if you go to your doctor who is an expert on timing your efforts at trying to get pregnant, he will not give you information on the best foods for you to eat - or worst yet, warn you against things that may actually work against you or endanger your pregnancy if it's no in his area of knowledge. The information that Ashley provides on the About Getting Pregnant website is there not only to tell you what you should do in ten easy steps, but also to warn you against hidden dangers that many fertility specialists may not be aware of. Her book comes with a 100 percent money back guarantee that you will get pregnant in four months, which is important because, as she points out, your biggest enemy when it comes to getting pregnant is time. You want to get pregnant as quickly as possible so that your eggs are still at their prime.

    Getting Pregnant Ebook

All of the information that Ashley Spencer discovered can be found in her ebook, the Getting Pregnant Plan. It is available for just $27 in pdf format and can be downloaded immediately. It also comes with several bonuses to make it even more valuable, including a book on the impact of your weight on your chances of getting pregnant, another on reducing stress, and finally a collection of amazing facts about getting pregnant. Each of these items is designed with the single idea of helping you to conceive as quickly and easily as possible so you will be on your way to your happy family.http://www.tips-for-getting-pregnant.com/getting-pregnant-plan-review.html

John P Miley Review

John P. Miley

John P. Miley has devoted his entire life to wellness. He is a licensed acupuncturist based in Minneapolis. He is also a and Chinese Traditional Medicine expert, and he has owned his own practice since 1999. In the years that have followed he has focused on creating a mind-body balance for his patients in the belief that the parts of the body are best healed by treating the body as a whole. Over the course of his many years of practice he has treated hundreds of couples who were diagnosed by traditional physicians as being infertile. By using the best practices of natural medicine, acupuncture and restorative exercises, he has helped them to achieve their fertility goals. In the interest of helping couples far beyond his immediate geographical location in Minneapolis, he has written the Whole Body Fertility program, which provides couples with the opportunity to use his proven method wherever they are and without the use of acupuncture.

    John P. Miley Acupuncture

John P. Miley is a licensed acupuncturist, and though he firmly believes that acupuncture is one of the best treatments for couples who are trying to get pregnant, he has modified his fertility program for at home use so that acupuncture is not required. The Whole Body Fertility program uses a combination of visualization, breathing exercises, and relaxation, with the idea in mind that once the body is freed of stress, it can heal itself and return to the state of balance needed to get pregnant. Years of working with couples struggling with infertility have taught him that stress has a very negative effect on the reproductive system. Although traditional medicine and fertility treatments focus on that system, trying to fix it or modify it, John's approach is to treat the body as a whole with the certainty that once the body is healed it will take care of its individual parts.

    John P. Miley Mind-Body

Mind-body balance is one of the most important parts of the Whole Body Fertility program. It is John's experience that couples going through fertility struggles and infertility treatments have unusually high levels of stress, and this stress effectively shuts down their reproductive system. Many patients told him about how the entire treatment protocol provided by their physicians had made them lose their sense of warmth and love - they'd lost the human side of trying to conceive and were instead consumed by following procedures and paying attention to timing and mechanics. What the whole body fertility program is able to offer is a natural approach that restores a sense of wellness through exercises, breathing exercises and emotional healing. This offers a sort of 'reset button' for couples who are trying to get pregnant, and has proven to be highly successful.

    John P. Miley Blog

For couples who are trying to improve their chances of getting pregnant, John P. Miley offers a comprehensive program, including your choice of his downloadable ebook for just thirty nine dollars or a hard copy of the book which he'll mail to you for just forty two dollars plus shopping. Online he offers a free bonus of nutritional information for fertility and a blog that constantly provides his clients with updated information and valuable tips for restoring the mind body balance and achieving the inner harmony that will help them with their pregnancy pursuits. Miley promises that in addition to providing balance that will restore your natural fertility, following his program will also give you more energy and a calmer happier overall outlook on life. http://www.tips-for-getting-pregnant.com/john-p-miley-review.html
